Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen facilities whenever you need a break. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack or preparing a meal, our kitchen has everything you need to refuel and recharge between appointments.

Room 1A:
This is a multi-purpose room for all therapies as it has the advantage of being on the ground floor for disabled clients or anyone who may struggle with the stairs. The couch has electric adjustments.

Room 1B:
This room is very clinical as it is primarily used for Podiatry, Acupuncture and Hearing Tests. It also has a sink available and the couch is adjustable with a foot pump.

Room 2A & Room 2B:
These rooms are larger than most and are used for physical treatments; osteopathy, physiotherapy, sports injury treatments, reflexology massage etc. One has a couch with a foot pump, the other is electric.

Room 3A:
This is a multi-purpose room used for physical therapies and also counselling or Hypnotherapy. The couch is adjustable with a foot pump.

Room 3B:
This is used for counselling / Psychotherapy only and has 2 comfortable chairs.

Room 3C:
This is a multi-purpose room used for physical therapies and also counselling / psychotherapy. The couch is electric.

Room 3D:
This is a Counselling/psychotherapy room with 3 comfortable chairs.

The Space:
In addition to our standard rooms, we're delighted to offer "The Space" – a versatile area ideal for small groups or one-on-one sessions in physical therapy, yoga, chair yoga, Pilates, meditation, and more. With its adaptable layout and inviting ambiance, "The Space" is also perfect for hosting courses, workshops, and small therapy events, providing a supportive atmosphere for growth and transformation.
