My passion is for all things complementary! Having decided about twenty years ago to change tack and follow this passion, I initially worked as Nutrition Advisor for a large supplement company and at a private practice in London with a focus on women’s health. Wanting to incorporate other naturopathic principles into my treatments, I found that Kinesiology was the right therapy for me.
When I came across the Bach Remedies, I was amazed at how powerful a gentle flower essence could be in supporting emotional health, so wanted to work with them too.
Other passions are healthy cooking, running workshops in; de-stressing, the flower remedies and making natural skincare products. Practising yoga and sharing a love of the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside with Lulah the Border Terrier.

I have been working as a therapist with kinesiology for over fifteen years, and I am still constantly amazed at the innate wisdom in the body, and how this can be harnessed to help identify and correct imbalances.
I feel in good company working with the principles of Dr Bach (the creator of ‘rescue’ remedy and other flower essences) – he believed that more important than physical symptoms were personality traits and emotional wellbeing and that supporting these would help mind and body back to health.
