As a pain therapist I help to provide the tools to enable you to cope with the sensations that can arise with chronic pain.

Pain Management Programme and Costs:
Pain Management using Cognitive Hypnotic Coaching Techniques (CHC) is provided to Clients as a programme of six one hour sessions over a period of approximately 6 – 8 weeks.
You will be supported initially through a free 30-minute Skype/telephone consultation, this is to confirm that CHC Hypnotherapy is appropriate for your needs.
Your first one-hour face to face session (chargeable at £25.00) determines your suitability as a candidate for CHC Hypnotherapy.
Therapy sessions are chargeable at £49.00 per session.
