Precautionary Safety Steps:
Limiting the number of visitors at any one time, implement safe distancing.
Limiting visitor times to a specific time window and restricting access to required visitors only.
Determining if schedules for essential services and contractor visits can be revised to reduce interaction and overlap between people, for example, carrying out appointments earlier or later.
Maintaining a record of all visitors.
Revising visitor arrangements to ensure social distancing and hygiene, for example, have older clients come in earlier to minimise exposure. Where transport is an issue get the therapist to advise the client to delay visit to minimising exposure if they are shielding.
For your appointment:
Please arrive on time, wait outside until your appointment time.
Wash hands or sanitise on entry to centre
Wear a mask (unless you are exempt)
Refreshments are no longer available to avoid cross contamination.
Clients are encourage to not use our toilet facilities whenever possible
All the therapists are following the guidelines of their Governing bodies to ensure that the safety of their clients is maintained at all times.
Payments to be made by BACS or Card Payment machines.
Clients to enter the building unaccompanied unless they have a disability.
